We mainly serve local rideshare and delivery drivers. On a case by case basis, we serve renters who have their car in the shop, or are traveling for special occasions/events purposes:

How Much?:

Special Occasion Rentals flat range pricing from $150 to $185 per day depending on vehicle and coverage selection
Flat pricing includes tax and fees, & coverage.
Pay less and save by using your own comprehensive & collision insurance.
An applicable $170 round trip SATX Airport Delivery Fee or $190 ATX Airport Delivery Fee if needed

Our 3-step process is simple for special occasion events — approval is required.

✔️Step 1: Apply & Get Pre-Approved
• Submit your step 1B form application online and upload your event/flight ticket purchase receipt.
• We review your info and contact you with your status, and omplete a secure identity verification (license + selfie + phone/email verification).
You are NOT charged during this step. We do not check your credit.

✔️Step 2: Sign & Secure Your Rental Vehicle
• If approved, review and sign your rental agreement digitally.
• Confirm your weekly rate.
• Pay your first invoice securely online.
Once payment is received, your vehicle is reserved.

✔️Step 3: Pickup & Drive
• Bring or have your physical driver’s license ready for pickup/delivery.
• Complete a quick identity & pickup confirmation photo and vehicle walkthrough.
• Keys in hand — you’re ready for your special event!

⏱ Same-Day Rental Approvals Subject to Availability

Most qualified drivers can be approved the same day during business hours.

We operate on structured 2-3 day weekend or 3+ day rentals for clients renting for special occasion events or non-rideshare/delivery purposes

Approval is based on identity verification, eligibility standards, and performance expectations for rideshare drivers.
