The full pickup address is provided via email after your rental payment(s) is completed. (IF ADDRESS CHANGES FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TEXT WITH AN UPDATE)

Before pickup and for any applicable rental agreement extensions & renewals:

• Your payment invoice will be emailed after your signature/initials are complete.
• Your completed signature must match your driver’s license. We will re-email the rental agreement for you to re-sign and re-initial before pickup if signature and initials are not successful.
• Your completed initials must legibly include the first letter of your first, middle (if applicable) and last name.

For pick up:

• Please bring your valid driver’s license
• At pickup, we will take a quick confirmation photo showing:
  • Your face  
  • Your driver’s license  
  • The vehicle's license plate 
• *We may also ask you to open your applicable gig app to show the representative your profile and earnings for in person confirmation.
• Please text us when you are approximately 15 to 30 minutes away so a representative can meet you on time.
• Any applicable Pickup & Dropoff Photos (ie. Pickup Verification, odometer, next oil change windshield sticker) may be added to your rental agreement pre/post pickup/dropoff)

🔑 REMOTE UNLOCK PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

Your rep will let you know whether your rental vehicle is equipped for a Remote Unlock Pickup.

Instructions

Once you arrive at the location and vehicle, text a photo of yourself. Please be sure these 3 are clearly shown in the photo:

1. your face,
2. drivers license
3. and the vehicle’s license plate number

Once the photo is received, the vehicle will unlock shortly after.

The key will be in a small black bag in the middle console. Please place the key in the same manner for drop off.

DROPOFF LOCATION

The full pickup address is provided via email after your rental payment(s) is completed. You may park safely on this street. (IF ADDRESS CHANGES FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TEXT WITH AN UPDATE). You may text DROPOFF ADDRESS to 1-361-420-7863 to have our automated system text you the dropoff address.

If a representative comes to pick up the vehicle for return the Improper Return / Agreement Breach of $150 will be added to your account.

*Unpaid balances or unresolved fees may affect future rental eligibility, cause a vehicle system pause, and may cause service interruption.

• Pay any applicable invoice before drop-off and return the vehicle on time.

• Please ensure the fuel level is returned to the same level as when the vehicle was provided to you.

• Please ensure the vehicle is returned in the same general cleanliness condition as when it was provided to you.

• You may check out anytime before your reservation end time (see your emailed rental agreement for your reservation end time/date).
  Simply text us approximately 15 minutes before you arrive at the drop-off location so we know you're approaching.

• Once parked at the drop-off location, text us a photo of the odometer showing gas level and mileage.

• Check for belongings.

• Roll up all windows.

• Text us interior photos (front and back seats and floors, and trunk)

• Turn off the engine and all lights.

• Open driver door slightly then lock all doors.

• Place key & key chain inside the small black bag in middle console before exiting the vehicle.
  

• Ensure all doors & trunk are locked.

• Text us photos of all 4 sides of exterior.

• Once everything above is completed, please text us "CHECKED OUT"
