Do I need insurance?
No you do not need insurance to rent with us.
Insurance is included with a base price of $89 per day for ages 25+.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No. A security deposit is not required
Is routine maintenance included in the price?
Yes. Free of charge to you.
What are the requirements to rent?

You need to provide:
- your full name (first, middle, last) as shown on your DL
- a valid phone number,
- a valid email address,
- a valid physical driver’s license,
- proof of collision insurance (if you are using your own and not using ours for rental cost savings),
- 1st time rideshare/delivery renters are required to provide proof of your rideshare or delivery platform registration (gig app dashboard screenshots of your name, ratings, duration on app, & earnings),
- a major credit or debit card in your legal name for payment,
- and first-time renters must provide information for at least 2 emergency contacts (one being a family member).

Yes, you can modify your reservation.
Re-bookings are based on availability.

Airport & Custom deliveries?
Yes we do San Antonio and Austin Texas airport deliveries.
$120 for SATX airport/custom one-way delivery + applicable airport parking cost.
$250 for ATX airport/custom one-way delivery + applicable airport parking cost.
You can request the service during onboarding or choose that option during checkout, as well as submit flight itinerary information so we can meet you at arrivals with your rental.
Can I pay daily or weekly?
Yes you may pay daily or weekly.
Daily plans begin with a 3-day flat rate minimum, then you may continue extending on a daily basis.
If you are a returning or repeat renter you may pay a day at a time with an account review.
How much does it cost?
Base price is $69 per day to $135 per day at the weekly rate for long term rideshare and delivery and work commuter renters.
Base price is $125 per day to $185 per day for short term renters.
Coverage is included in rates starting at $79 per day.
Delivery fees are separate.
Price depends on the vehicle you choose, and whether you utilize our collision damage coverage.
If you'd like to save and use your own comprehensive and collision insurance policy, your declaration page will be required to be emailed to us for verification.
Do I have to pay additional local fees?
All applicable taxes and fees are included in the flat rate rental price. There are no hidden charges. However, any tolls, fines, or any applicable costs incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
Payment methods?
No. We accept any major credit or debit card in only your legal name. We accept major credit or debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through our online portal. Invoices are sent via email.

Where and when can I pay?
We email payment invoices & extensions. Payment is required to be completed after Steps 1 and 2, and before pickup.
Payments are processed and due every Wednesday.
If you'd like to start your rental on a day other than Wednesday, you'd first pay for the days leading up to the coming Wednesday, then on Wednesday you start your weekly payment cycle.

Are there mileage limits?
No, our rideshare rentals include unlimited mileage within the areas we serve: San Antonio & Austin Texas.
Where is the Pickup & Dropoff address?
Converse Texas. Full pickup/dropoff address is provided after full payment is made.

What do I need to bring and show when picking up a rental car?
Valid physical drivers license. Before the key is handed off to you, be prepared to take a photo near the rental car's license plate with your ID held near your face for a pickup confirmation photo.
Areas we serve?
San Antonio Texas [Bexar County] plus a 50 mile or 1 hour radius. Austin Texas inquiries may be accepted subject to availability.

How long can I rent?
As long as you'd like! You can even return the vehicle when you need to, then rebook as availability permits.

Does Bezzemi Luxury rent to short term non rideshare/delivery renters?
Yes, subject to availability. We've had the pleasure of servicing locals when their car was in the shop.

What is your policy on fuel?
We provide vehicles with a full tank of gas or no less than half full, and require it to be at the same pickup fuel level for drop off. There will be a refueling fee plus the cost to refuel added to your rental and billed to your payment method if you're unable to refill.
Can I cross the border of the country where I rented a car?
Our vehicles are restricted to use within the Bexar & Travis county of Texas ONLY. Crossing state or national borders is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Do you provide roadside assistance?
Yes! Simply text us during your rental: "Urgent" and a brief description of what happened. And we'll assist as soon as possible.
How long does the routine maintenance take?
Just 2 hours or less, unless otherwise notified, to keep you safe and earning smoothly. A photo of the car's new "Next Oil Change Sticker" will be required right after service is completed.
