Accident During Rental
🚗 Here's what to do IMMEDIATELY WITH THE 3RD PARTY if you are in an accident during your Bezzemi Luxury rental
Here at Bezzemi Luxury, whether you are using your own comprehensive and collision insurance or you have opted in to our DCCP (Damage Collision Credit Program) we will handle the insurance claim by using the information you provide on the form below.
*PLEASE BE ADVISED that an online police report will not be accepted by Bezzemi Luxury. Without a PHYSICAL police report you may not be eligible for a vehicle swap and your rental may end immediately.
Here's what to do immediately at the scene of the accident during your rental period:

If you or the 3rd party are hurt and need assistance, please call 911 immediately.

If it is a hit and run, be sure to do your best to zoom in promptly and take clear pictures of the 3rd party's license plate.

If the 3rd party vehicle owner is at the scene obtain information from them (list below)

Please call 911 immediately before submitting the form below, so that an officer can head to the scene while submitting the form, and obtain the written incident report the officer completes and hands you.

Information to be collected in the form below by Bezzemi Luxury Renter
Information from the 3rd Party driver involved in accident:
- Front Photo of their drivers license (zoom in to ensure it is legible & not blurry)
- Their phone number
- Front (and back if applicable) Photo of front and their insurance ID card (must show their full name + insurance company name + year make & model of their vehicle involved in accident + insurance company/agent contact phone number for claims)
- Photo of both the rental vehicle and 3rd party's vehicle positioned in the way the exact way the accident happened
- Photo of damage caused to 3rd party's vehicle or place of impact to the rental vehicle (close up and mid-range photos)
- See if 3rd party is comfortable with doing a short 1 minute or less video aside you explaining what happened, what caused the accident, and who was at fault.
Information from Bezzemi Luxury renter:
- Date and time accident happened and street names of where it happened
- Brief explanation of what happened
- Emailed video of brief explanation (less than one minute) of what happened and who is at fault (ask 3rd party if they'd like to be in the video as well). Email to clients@bezzemiluxury.com
- Wiped clear camera phone lens to take clear non-blurry photos
- Photo of both street signs / intersection (1)
- Photo of both street signs / intersection (2)
- Photo wide-range of area where accident happened
- Photo of rental vehicle odometer showing the current mileage and any applicable lights turned on due to accident
- Photo of front and back of incident report police officer filled and handed to you
- 4 photos of rental vehicle exterior (front, back, left side, right side)
- 4 photos of rental vehicle exterior corners (front left corner, front back corner, back left corner, back right corner)
- Photo close up distance of damage(s)
- Photo mid-range distance of damage(s)
- Photos of all angles of damage(s)
- Written statement of what happened and where the damage(s) are on the rental vehicle
- Submitted "I'm in an Accident" form
