After receiving your official approval, completing onboarding, and successfully completing your first rental with us, re-booking is a breeze! Here are the Returning Renter steps in this exact order if your email, phone number, and driver's license remain the same:

• Step 1  - Book
  • Complete our Returning Renter Form here
    
  •  If you have a $0 balance with the company, then proceed to Step 2.
    • If you have an outstanding balance with the company, text "Pay Unpaid Invoice [+ Your Full Name + Your Email Address]" , and a BL Rep will get back to you shortly.
  • We'll then confirm availability, vehicle & coverage choice.
• Step 2  - Review Key Terms + Sign + Pay
  • Review key terms then reply with the yellow highlighted standalone terms & payment authorization sentence, to the email we send you
  • After your standalone terms & payment authorization sentence is received, we will then send your Reservation Confirmation Email
  • Sign and Initial Rental Agreement 
  • Rental Invoice Emailed
  • Email or Text proof of your rental car coverage (Bonzah.com if for commercial use or RentalCover.com or WithHugo.com for non-commercial use. Please request approval to use a different 3rd party rental car coverage company)
• Step 3 - Pickup
  • Pickup & Dropoff Instructions emailed
  • At the picup location, conduct a vehicle walk-through
  • take a pickup confirmation photo showing:
    • the rental vehicle's license plate
    • your driver's license held to your face
    • This photo may be added to the photo section of your rental agreement
      
  • Key hand off
