Before submitting the form below please:
- pay your invoice(s). Cant find your invoice(s) in your email? Text "Pay Unpaid Invoice [+ Your Full Name + Your Email Address]" to 800-207-9868, so we can email the correct person.
- in addition to any applicable account balance, you may or may not be required to submit a refundable security deposit starting at $150+ to rent again with Bezzemi Luxury.
