Same day approvals & pickup is subject to availability.

You may pay daily or weekly subject to account review, vehicle, & coverage. First payment must be a minimum of 3 days. If you have full coverage (liability, comprehensive, & collision), you may pay daily with no minimums.

🔒 Payment and out of state DL Policy

• Payment method must match the renter’s name on their drivers license (no third-party/friend/family payments)
  
• Third-party (friend, family, any person other than yourself) payments are not accepted.
• If required by approval team or if your DL is out of state., email or text a document showing proof of your current local address and name no more than 60 days old (utility bill, signed lease, bank statement).

New renters:

  • E-Sign and initial your rental agreement
  • Pay invoice
• Step 3 - Pickup
  • Take a quick photo near rental's license plate with your DL held to your face for pickup confirmation
  • Vehicle walk-through with BL Rep
  • Key hand off

Returning renters:

• Step 1  - Book
  • Book here if you have a $0 balance with the company, then proceed to Step 2
  • If you have an outstanding balance with the company, text "Pay Unpaid Invoice [+ Your Full Name + Your Email Address]" , and a BL Rep will get back to you shortly.
• Step 1  - Review any new Key Terms + Sign + Pay
  • Review any new key terms since their last booking and Q&A
  • E-Sign & initial the rental agreement
  • Pay invoice
• Step 3 - Pickup
  • Take a quick photo near rental's license plate with your DL held to your face for pickup confirmation
  • Vehicle walk-through with BL Rep

⚠️ IMPORTANT RENTAL POLICIES

Please review before booking:

• Rental reservation is only secured after payment is completed
• Proof of valid drivers license and valid insurance for rental use is required before pickup and must remain active
  
• Extensions may be automatically invoiced during your rental. Authorization text required: “I authorize this charge”
• Failure to pay rental/coverage fees and or return the vehicle may result in remote disablement, repossession, law enforcement assistance, future rentals affected, and legal claim.
• Unpaid rentals may be reported as stolen
• If authorities contact the company about a renter, their rental may cease immediately.
• Local use only (50 mile radius unless written approval)
• All tolls and fees are the renter’s responsibility
  
• If using for rideshare/delivery → videos or picture proof of active account required
• By starting and continuing a rental beyond your initial reservation period, Renter authorizes additional charges under the terms of agreement. Renter is responsible for all charges while the vehicle is in their possession
  You are responsible for all rental charges for each day the vehicle remains in your possession and has not been properly returned in accordance with return instructions, regardless of whether the vehicle is being used, parked, inactive, or requires coordination with us for return.
  If the vehicle cannot be driven for any reason, you must immediately contact us to arrange return or retrieval. Charges continue until the vehicle is returned or recovered.
