Does Bezzemi Luxury rent to non rideshare/delivery drivers?
On a case by case basis, yes. We've had the pleasure of delivering our rental vehicles to the San Antonio International Airport for people coming in for special city events like, Fiesta, SXSW, and the F-1 Race.

What is the pickup address?
Converse Texas. Full pickup address is provided after full payment is made. A landmark may be provided to you. We hold pre-scheduled corporate meetings only at 10127 Morocco Street San Antonio Texas 78216. For more info, see our contact information page.

No, our rideshare rentals include unlimited mileage within the areas we serve.
As long as you'd like! You can even return the vehicle when you need to, then rebook as availability permits. We've had loyal renters for a whole year, and we're proud to have seen them save and purchase their own vehicle. One even bought their very own BMW and we're super happy for them!
No security deposit is required to rent with us as long as you are 25 years of age or older (it may be required for ages 18-24).
Do I need to provide a credit card?
No. We accept any major credit or debit card in only your legal name. We accept major credit or debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through our online portal. Invoices are sent via email.
How much are the rentals?
Base price is $69 per day to $135 per day at the weekly rate.
Price depends on the vehicle you choose, and whether you utilize our collision damage coverage or if you'd like to save and use your own comprehensive and collision insurance policy.

Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes! Insurance is included with a base price of $79 per day or more depending on the vehicle and availability.

When can I pay?
Payment is required to be completed before pickup.
Payments are processed and received every Wednesday.
If you'd like to start your rental on a day other than Wednesday, you'd first pay for the days leading up to the coming Wednesday before pickup, then on the coming Wednesday make your first weekly payment.
Or you may make both payments at once for simplicity.

Do you provide roadside assistance?
Yes! Simply text us during your rental: "Urgent" and a brief description of what happened. And we'll assist as soon as possible.

What is your policy on fuel?
We provide vehicles with a full tank of gas or no less than half full, and require it to be at the same pickup fuel level for drop off. There will be a refueling fee plus the cost to refuel added to your rental and billed to your payment method if you're unable to refill.

- your full name (first, middle, last)
- a valid phone number,
- a valid email address,
- a valid physical driver’s license,
- proof of collision insurance (if you have it),
- proof of your rideshare or delivery platform registration (gig app dashboard screenshots of your name, ratings, duration on app, & earnings),
- a major credit or debit card in your legal name,
- and first-time renters must provide information for 3 emergency contacts (one being a family member).

Yes we do for San Antonio and Austin Texas airports. You can request the service during onboarding or choose that option during checkout, as well as submit flight itinerary information so we can meet you at the flight arrivals building exit with your rental.
Our vehicles are restricted to use within the Bexar county of Texas ONLY. Crossing state or national borders is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Our rental service includes free unlimited car washes, unlimited miles in Bexar county, free routine maintenance, roadside assistance, fast customer service.
All applicable taxes and fees are included in the rental price. There are no hidden charges. However, any tolls, fines, or any applicable costs incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.

How long does the routine maintenance take every month?
Just 2 hours or less to keep you safe and earning smoothly, unless otherwise notified. A photo of the car's new "Next Oil Change Sticker" will be required right after service is completed.
