We understand that life happens and circumstances vary. A past traffic citation or minor offense does not automatically result in denial. However, all applications are evaluated based on overall risk profile, driving history, and current legal standing.

• Active warrants, evasion status, or undisclosed open cases will result in automatic denial.
• Certain offenses that materially increase insurance or vehicle risk may impact eligibility.
• Active probation, bond conditions, or pending court matters must be disclosed prior to applying.
• Recent at-fault accidents or major traffic violations may affect approval or vehicle eligibility.

Approval decisions are based on identity verification, driving risk, income sustainability, and overall business suitability — not on a single factor alone.

Full transparency is required. Failure to disclose relevant legal matters may result in immediate denial or termination of rental. Let us know. Give us a heads up.
