Payment Processing Hours & 2026 Closure Dates
To our valued Renters,
Here is an important reminder regarding Bezzemi Luxury’s payment processing hours and scheduled closure dates per our policy.
Weekly Closed Hours (Ongoing)
Bezzemi Luxury is closed for payment processing during the following hours:
- Every Friday from 5:00 PM to Sunday 9 AM (Payments may resume on Sundays 12am unless otherwise notified)
These hours may adjust seasonally, but we will always remain closed from Friday evening through Sunday morning. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Ways to Avoid Closure Days
To avoid 2026 closure periods, pay weekly every Wednesday.
Bezzemi Luxury accepts weekly rentals only. Exceptions may be made for returning clients on a case-by-case basis with an account review, subject to availability.
What This Means During Closed Hours
During closed hours:
- Payments and extensions are not processed, reviewed, or approved
- Payments attempted during closed hours may result in a $50 Closure Administrative Fee
- Automated invoice emails may still be sent — please do not submit payment until we reopen
- For roadside or urgent matters, please text “Urgent” with a brief explanation of the issue, then we’ll respond as soon as possible
Closure Day Reopenings
Payments resume after 12 AM on all Closure Day reopenings unless otherwise notified.
Additional Scheduled Closure Dates for 2026
In addition to weekly closures, Bezzemi Luxury observes additional scheduled closure periods throughout the year.
Closure windows generally run from the evening of the first date through the morning of the second date. Exact hours will always be confirmed closer to each date.
March, April, and November are heavy closure dates for Bezzemi Luxury.

- March 15 – March 16
- March 29 – March 30
- April 1 – April 2
- April 5 – April 6
- April 26 – April 27
- April 30 – May 1
- May 30 – May 31
- June 28 – June 29

- September 5 – September 6
- September 10 – September 11
- October 26 – October 27
- November 19 – November 20
- November 23 – November 24
- November 26 – November 27
- December 23 – December 24
*Additional closure dates or changes will always be communicated in advance by email and/or text, and be updated on this website page:
Planning Ahead
If your rental period or extension payment falls near a scheduled closure, please ensure payment is submitted before the closure begins and covers the upcoming closure date(s) so your reservation remains current until we reopen. Payments cannot be processed again until reopening.
To avoid 2026 closure periods, make weekly payments on Wednesday.
