What happens after a successful Profile Verification review and approval?

A Rep will guide you through all 3 steps:

STEP 1️⃣ Application (Done ✅) Upload DL (Done ✅) , Confirm Vehicle & Rate, Review Coverage Requirements, then Verify ID
STEP 2️⃣ Review Key Terms & Authorize Payment → Sign & Initial agreement → Payment
STEP 3️⃣ Vehicle Pickup

*3-7 day Pre-Payment due before pickup*

1st time renters are required to begin with either a weekly payment or a 3-day minimum to start.

✅ Once approved, returning renters enjoy a much faster re-booking process minus verification, using our one Returning Renters form.  Approval can take 1 to 3 business days.
