Rental counter insurance (e.g., rentalcover.com) is mostly not accepted for this age group.

Rideshare / Delivery Applicants

If applying for rideshare or delivery use, you must provide proof of an active account.

What to submit:

Use a separate device or a free screen recording phone application to record the video.

Record a short video (1 minute or less per clip) showing:

How it works:

  • Pay day-by-day to continue using the vehicle
  • Higher cost over time compared to weekly

Security Deposit (Daily Rentals)

A refundable security deposit is typically required for daily rentals or long distance driver rentals.

  • $500 — Local renters (San Antonio / Austin)
  • $1,500 — Renters located more than 1.5 hours away

Final deposit amount is determined after approval based on risk factors.

⚠️ Payment Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all charges while the vehicle is in your possession

  • If you keep the vehicle, you are responsible for continued rental charges

  • Failure to pay may result in:

    • Late fees

    • Remote vehicle disablement

    • Repossession

    • Additional recovery charges

🔒 Authorization Required

All renters must confirm payment authorization by sending:

FEES AND CHARGES

If you keep the car, you keep getting charged.

You are responsible for all rental charges while the vehicle is in your possession.

If you keep the vehicle beyond your paid period, additional charges will continue to be applied until the vehicle is returned or the rental is paid.

The following fees may be assessed if the renter fails to comply with the terms of the rental agreement. All fees are in addition to any applicable rental charges, taxes, tolls, damages, or other amounts owed.

1. Late Return

A late return fee of $50.00 plus the applicable full daily rental rate will be charged for each day or portion of a day that the vehicle is not returned by the scheduled return date and time.

2. Late Payment

A late payment fee of $25.00 per day will be charged for any payment not received by the due date and time, including payments that are late by any amount of time.

3. Closure Administrative Fee

A fee of $50.00 will be charged if payments are submitted during designated business closure periods when payment processing or account servicing is limited.

4. Fuel Charge

If the vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup, a fee of $10.00 plus the cost of fuel required to refill the vehicle will be charged.

5. Repossession and Recovery

If repossession or recovery of the vehicle is required due to non-payment, failure to return, unauthorized travel, or breach of agreement, the renter will be responsible for all associated recovery costs, including:

  • A base repossession fee of $500.00 per 75 miles
  • Recovery mileage charged at $0.50 per mile for the total distance required to locate and retrieve the vehicle, regardless of its location
  • Any additional towing, storage, or third-party recovery expenses

Recovery charges apply regardless of the vehicle’s condition, location, or whether the renter cooperates with return.

6. Improper Return / Breach of Agreement

A fee of $150.00 may be charged if the vehicle is not returned in accordance with the return instructions, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect return location
  • Missing required photos or documentation
  • Unsafe or improper parking
  • Initiation of a vehicle system pause due to renter non-compliance

7. Lost or Unreturned Items

A fee of $25.00 per item will be charged for any lost or unreturned items, including but not limited to:

  • Key bags
  • Key boxes
  • Key chains

8. Cleaning and Condition

  • Excessive dirt or debris: $150.00
  • Smoking, vaping, burn marks, or pet odor/hair: $500.00

These fees apply if the vehicle is returned in a condition that requires additional cleaning or remediation beyond normal use.

9. Unauthorized Travel

Travel outside the permitted 50-mile radius or outside approved areas without prior written authorization may result in:

  • Immediate vehicle system interruption
  • A charge of $0.50 per mile for all unauthorized travel distance
  • Account review and potential restriction from future rentals

10. Key / Fob Replacement

If a key or key fob is lost, damaged, or not returned, the renter may be charged $2,000.00 or more for replacement and recalibration, depending on the vehicle and system requirements.

11. Additional Terms

All unpaid fees and charges may:

  • Be charged to the payment method on file
  • Be invoiced to the renter
  • Affect future rental eligibility
  • Require a refundable security deposit of $500.00 or more for future bookings

Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in further enforcement actions as outlined in the rental agreement.

KEY TERMS & POLICIES

The following terms apply to all rentals and must be reviewed and agreed to prior to vehicle pickup.

1. Rental Duration and Charges

By starting and continuing a rental beyond the initial reservation period, the renter authorizes additional charges under the terms of the rental agreement.

The renter is responsible for all rental charges for each day the vehicle remains in their possession and has not been properly returned in accordance with the return instructions, regardless of whether the vehicle is being used, parked, inactive, or requires coordination with Bezzemi Luxury for return.

If the vehicle cannot be driven for any reason, the renter must immediately contact Bezzemi Luxury to arrange return or retrieval. Rental charges will continue until the vehicle is returned or recovered.

2. Identification and Verification

A valid driver’s license and current mailing address must be submitted prior to pickup.At the time of pickup, the renter must complete a verification photo showing:

  • The renter’s driver’s license

  • The renter’s face

  • The vehicle’s license plate

This verification photo will be attached to the rental agreement as part of the official rental record.

3. Rideshare and Delivery Use

If the vehicle will be used for rideshare or delivery purposes, the renter must provide proof of an active Uber, Lyft, or delivery account prior to pickup.

Bezzemi Luxury is not responsible for any suspension, deactivation, or limitation of the renter’s access to rideshare or delivery platforms.

4. Insurance Requirements

Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to pickup and must remain active for the full duration of the rental.

Coverage must be valid for rental use and the renter’s intended use, including rideshare or delivery if applicable.

Failure to maintain active coverage may result in service interruption, remote vehicle disablement, and/or forfeiture of any deposit.

Accepted coverage includes:

  • Personal full coverage insurance (must include comprehensive and collision)

  • Rental or gig coverage (e.g., withhugo.com or rentalcover.com)

  • Credit card rental coverage (subject to verification and approval)

The renter is solely responsible for confirming that their coverage applies to rental use, third-party damages, injuries, and any applicable commercial use.

5. Payment and Authorization

The payment method used must match the renter’s legal name as shown on their driver’s license. Third-party payments are not permitted.

A reservation is not secured until payment has been successfully completed.

The full pickup address will be provided after payment is received.

The renter must confirm authorization by sending “I authorize this charge” as a standalone message to approve:

  • The initial rental charge

  • Any rental extensions

  • Any applicable fees under the agreement

Rental extensions may be automatically invoiced while the vehicle remains in the renter’s possession.

6. Vehicle Return Requirements

The vehicle must be returned to the original pickup location unless otherwise approved.

At return, the vehicle must be:

  • At the same fuel level as received

  • Clean and free of excessive dirt or debris

  • Safely parked

  • Accompanied by required drop-off photos and an odometer photo

Failure to follow return instructions may affect future rental eligibility and may require a refundable security deposit for future bookings.

7. Usage Restrictions

Vehicle use is limited to a 50-mile radius from Converse, Texas, unless prior written approval is obtained.

Unauthorized travel outside the approved area may result in additional charges, vehicle system interruption, and account review.

8. Tolls and Fees

Toll road usage is not permitted.

If tolls or related fees are incurred during the rental, the renter is responsible for payment. These charges may be:

  • Invoiced to the renter
    Charged to the payment method on file

  • Transferred to the renter by the toll authority

9. Non-Payment and Enforcement

Failure to make payment or return the vehicle as agreed may result in:

  • Remote vehicle disablement

  • Repossession

  • Forfeiture of any deposit

If the vehicle is not returned and payment is not made, the rental may be reported as stolen and local authorities may assist in recovery.

Unpaid balances may result in legal action, including court claims.

10. Emergencies

If the renter experiences an emergency that affects payment or the ability to return the vehicle, the renter must notify Bezzemi Luxury immediately so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

11. Scheduling and Timing

The reservation start time is defined in the signed rental agreement and remains in effect regardless of the renter’s arrival time.

Any requested changes to the reservation must be communicated prior to payment and arrival and are subject to approval.

For weekly rentals, the first week may be prorated depending on the start date, after which the standard billing cycle will apply.

12. Signature Requirements

The renter’s signature and initials must match the name and format shown on the renter’s driver’s license.

If the signature does not match, updated documents will be issued for re-signing.

Updated agreements may be required periodically (typically every 14 to 30 days) for compliance purposes.

13. Law Enforcement and Verification

If requested by law enforcement, the renter should inform officers that the vehicle is a commercial rental.

Law enforcement may contact Bezzemi Luxury at 800-207-9868 for verification of registration or rental status.

3 COVERAGE OPTIONS (REQUIRED)

You must have one of the following coverage options in place before renting.

We are unable to proceed without verified coverage.

All coverage must be valid for rental use and your intended use.

Rideshare and delivery use require compatible coverage.

Option A — Use Your Own Insurance (Recommended)

Use your personal full coverage policy.

Requirements:

  • Liability, Comprehensive, and Collision coverage
  • Must be valid for rental use
  • Rideshare/delivery endorsement recommended if applicable

You must provide:

  • Full declaration (multi-page document — not ID card)
  • Coverage must list:

We will verify coverage with your insurance provider.

Once approved, we will provide the VIN so you can add the vehicle to your policy.

Many renters find this option to be the most cost-effective.

You may use a third-party rental or gig coverage provider.

Recommended:

Requirements:

  • Coverage must be purchased in advance
  • Minimum weekly coverage required
  • Proof of active coverage must be submitted before pickup

Not all providers cover rideshare or commercial use. You are responsible for confirming your coverage.

Option C — Credit Card Coverage (Limited Use)

Some credit cards offer rental damage coverage (e.g., AMEX, Chase, Capital One).

Important:

  • Coverage must be verified and approved before use
  • Many credit card policies:
  • Cover damage or theft only
  • Do not cover rideshare or commercial use
  • May require an existing personal insurance policy

If selecting this option, you must:

  • Confirm coverage with your card provider
  • Provide documentation for approval

This option is not accepted unless fully verified.
