Pay Your Rental Reservation Invoice Before Pickup
Submit Your Required Rental Coverage Proof
If additional local address verification is required, we'll also request a qualifying utility bill dated within the last 60 days.
Receive Your Pickup Address & Instructions
Bring your physical Driver's License with you.
Pickup Confirmation
At pickup, your representative will complete the required pickup confirmation photo before releasing the vehicle.

Before completing your Final ID Verification via the custom link highlighted in yellow in the email we sent you, please review the below contents that explains your:

If your assigned vehicle, rental pricing, or coverage requirements are not a good fit for your needs, there's no need to move forward and complete your Final ID Verification at this time.

Once you've reviewed the contents below and would like to continue your application, please complete your secure Final ID Verification using your personal link inside of the email we sent you highlighted yellow.

*Bezzemi Luxury may use third-party services to verify identity, assess risk, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with company policies.

⚠️ Your verification link expires after 48 hours.

Please do not email or text your driver's license or selfie photos. All verification photos must be submitted securely through your custom verification link.

The Final ID Verification is required before we can make a final rental approval decision, begin onboarding, schedule pickup, or complete your reservation.

Please note that if your Final ID Verification cannot be successfully completed after three custom verification links have been issued and attempted, we may be unable to approve your rental application.

If your verification link isn't working, we can provide up to two additional custom verification links. If you're still unable to successfully complete the verification after using all available links, your rental application may be denied.

PHOTO TIPS FOR SUCCESS:

Use your phone's camera within the verification application.
Photograph your physical driver's license.
Show all four corners of your license.
Do not crop, cover, or block the barcode.
Do not upload saved photos or screenshots.
Place your driver's license on a plain surface with nothing underneath it, including papers, documents, QR codes, or barcodes.
Make sure the area is well lit and the images are clear and in focus.

Your assigned 1st Time Renter vehicle with Bezzemi Luxury private car rentals is listed in the email we sent you.

(Commercial Gig Rideshare/Delivery Drivers will be provided with any necessary vehicle information to start working, upon request)

If another vehicle you'd prefer becomes available during your rental, we'll gladly let you know and may allow you to transfer into it, subject to availability.

ESTIMATED RENTAL PRICING

The pricing below is provided so you can make an informed decision before completing your Final ID Verification.

Rental Rate:

$69 per day (or $483 per week) = Sedans
$79 per day (or $553 per week) = Compact SUV
$89 per day (or $553 per week) = Midsize Hybrid SUV

TWO COVERAGE CHOICES, REQUIREMENTS & PRICING

Required Third-Party Rental Collision/Damage Coverage (or use your own traditional comprehensive and collision coverage automobile policy).

Bezzemi Luxury currently does not provide collision or damage coverage.

If you have your own traditional comprehensive and collision coverage policy, please reply with your attached Declaration Page document (not your insurance ID card). This can be found in your online insurance provider's portal. Other applicable requirements are listed below.

If you do not have your own traditional comprehensive and collision coverage policy, you will be required to purchase your own third-party rental collision/damage coverage before pickup through an approved provider.

After final approval and before pickup, you'll need to purchase your own approved rental collision/damage coverage through Bonzah.com or another approved provider that allows commercial rideshare, delivery, or courier use (if that pertains to you). Their prices and their requirements vary.
If you are not using the rental vehicle for commercial/gig purposes, you may also consider 3rd party rental collision damage coverage companies such as RentalCover.com or WithHugo.com. Their prices and their requirements vary.

CHOICE 1: For those with a Traditional Auto Insurance Policy with Comprehensive and Collision Coverage:

If you are using your own traditional auto insurance policy, please email the following for verification:

Declaration Page, not your insurance ID card
1. This document is normally one to several pages long, and can be found in your online portal in the documents section. Or you may call your agent to email it to you.
If adding the rental vehicle to your policy, we require that you add our company as a Loss Payee and Interested Party. Your agent will need the below information to do so:
1. Bez LLC, 10127 Morocco Street, San Antonio Texas 78216
2. A Loss Payee allows for Bez LLC to be compensated for any damages that may occur to the rental vehicle while in your possession.
3. An Interested Party allows for Bez LLC to periodically call your insurance company/agent to ensure your policy is still active during your rental period.
Before you pick up the rental vehicle, a Phone Call Verification will be made to your provider to ensure the above information is added to your policy, and/or that your policy is active as you being a listed driver..

CHOICE 2: For those who prefer to purchase 3rd party coverage

One 3rd party coverage option is Bonzah.com's Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). At the time of this writing, coverage is approximately $34 per day; however, their pricing and requirements are determined by the provider and may change at any time.

Estimated Daily Total

Approximately $69 for Bezzemi Luxury’s Daily Rental Rate plus $34 for Bonzah’s Daily Coverage Rate = $103 per day

First-Time Renter Required Minimum = 3 Day Rental due before pickup

Example for Sedan Pricing:

$69 × 3 days = $207 rental
Approx. $34 × 3 days = $102 coverage
Estimated 3-Day Total: $309

*The rental payment and required coverage must both be completed before vehicle pickup.

When purchasing Bonzah.com or WithHugo.com coverage, please:

If using the rental for commercial use, Select "Commercial Use", or similar wording, as your intended use to ensure coverage in case of damage.
Enter the following email address in the "Rental Agency Email ID" field or a similar field:

This allows Bonzah to automatically send us your coverage confirmation so we can complete your reservation and/or extensions.
